Six Star whey protein powder I work in a warehouse facility in an order picking department for a large clothing retailer. I walk upwards of twelve miles a night, four 10-hour shifts in a row every week. I'm constantly walking at a brisk pace, lifting, reaching, bending, squatting, and climbing stairs. My body takes a beating but I'm basically getting paid to work out. Doing the same thing four days in a row abuses my muscles though. I realized I needed to give my body protein to feed the muscles I'm using. Speed and energy isn't as important to me as endurance. I bought this product almost at random, knowing little about protein powder other than what an old friend who was into body building told me - - "Whey isolate. Whey isolate. Whey isolate."I just wanted something to feed my muscles and supplement my diet during the work week. This was affordable, and I never minded that supplement-drink taste. I was expecting something like ensure but it's actually really good.I've been using this for only three days and I feel great. I have more energy and focus. I don't feel sluggish towards the end of my shift. I just feel good. I'm going to keep using it.I have six ounces when I get ready for work, and twelve ounces four hours into my shift. I mix it with 50/50 unsweetened almond milk and water. The rest of the shift I have water, vegetable juice, and little protein-rich snacks. It's helped me keep a steady pace, and my stamina is very good. I'm impressed. I'm glad I found it.

Best Six Star Sport Nutrition Okay so this is my 1st purchase of this product. The positive is that the taste (villnila) was better than I thought it would be. I am mixing it with 1% 20 oz of milk.My big complaint is that it Does NOT mix well !I even bought a new 24 oz shaker bottle with the beater. Even after shaking for at least a minute, it still wasn't full mix. Even tried stirring with a spoon first. Guess I'll have to experiment. I have no interest in dragging out the blender.I can't give any results yet, only been using for a week. If I could, 5 stars on taste and 1 star for mixing.

Six Star Whey Protein The formulation on this Whey isolate changed without any notice on the packaging (pretty sneeky, actually). I've been having 6 tubs of this product shipped to me monthly on the subscribe and save program, and like the convenience of having some extra on hand if a backorder situation develops. But now I'm having second thoughts. The first thing I noticed was a change in taste. I like the decadent chocolate, and the old formulation (in the 1.47lb tub) tasted great. The new formulation in the 1.5lb tub has more Whey Protein Peptides and "fillers" (according to the order of ingredients listed on the label) so it tastes more chalky. I also noticed the new formulation has 45mg more cholesterol (55g total), 2g more sugar, 1g more fat, 10 more calories per serving (150 total), and one less serving scoop as well (17 servings, vs. 18 servings in the old formulation). I also noticed the serving scoop is bigger in the new formulation (hence, the "fillers"), yet one less serving even though there is 12g more product in the 1.5lb tub. These changes may sound nominal, but they do add up, especially since I consider whey protein a daily supplement to my regular meal and workout plans. I'm now shopping around to see if I can find a more pure whey protein, like the original formulation for this product.
