Optimum Nutrition whey protein powder I take 1 serving of this powder on morning before my workout. I then go to work, which is only a 3 hour shift at the airport, then I come home and lift some weights. This whey and oats definitely keep me fueled for the duration of the workout. My favorite flavor so far is the vanilla. I have tried the blueberry, but did't like it as much.




Best Optimum Nutrition Sport Nutrition We Love our whey and oats! This stuff is like the perfect morning breakfast boost. Protein! Low glycemic carbs! Tastes great! Just sweet enough as well. The blueberry flavor tastes slightly fake...reminds me of those old school blueberry mini muffins. But otherwise an excellent healthy morning food.


Optimum Nutrition Whey Protein I have mixed feelings about this protein. The taste is great but it needs almond milk, mixing with water won't cut it (Water with oats floating on top). It immediately upset my stomach. I think using this for protein pancakes would be delicious but it wasn't a winner for me as a shake.
