Optimum Nutrition whey protein powder My fellow keto eaters will appreciate this. I used the plain powder to fry chicken and it was delicious! Just Season and dredge chicken through powder then egg and then the powder again and fry .....sooo good.

Best Optimum Nutrition Sport Nutrition I got the cookies and cream flavor and I would say it doesn't taste that good when I'm only mixing it with water. Also it doesn't mix that well without hot water. So I searched a recipe that I can do with this flavor: 1 scoop of whey protein powder, banana, 1spoon of PB, and milk of your choice (I use almond milk) and it turned out to be so yummy! So thats what I am going to do with it from now on.

Optimum Nutrition Whey Protein First off, I have greatly enjoyed this flavor of protein and all was going well. That was until I tried to travel in the airport with it. For the record, I traveled with the Chocolate flavor, in addition to the Cake Batter flavor. This powder set off the bomb detector device at the TSA checkpoint. So much so, that they even took a little out to sample and had the same results. I was then frisked and wanded by TSA as well, almost making me late for my flight. It was more than a little frustrating, as they also took the entire Ziploc bag full of protein. Unfortunately, they were unable to tell why or what ingredient caused this. I am extremely concerned now, as I am unsure that I want to put a product in my body that WILL set off a bomb detector. That just doesn't sound safe, or healthy. For the record, I emailed the company a few weeks ago and they have not responded.
