👍You recognize that protein isn’t just about muscles or intense workouts or something
👍Ch serving of MUSCLE MILK 100 CALORIE products provides healthy hunger
👍

Muscle Milk whey protein powder The canister I received from Amazon did not match the pictures posted on Amazon. The pictures show this has 5 grams of fiber, but the actual canister received showed 0 grams of fiber. It is also missing many of the vitamins that are shown on the advertised label. I've purchased this product previously and liked it, but this tasted horrible.

Best Muscle Milk Sport Nutrition I love this protein powder. I'm so dissapointed that they discontinued the 100 calorie low fat chocolate flavor muscle milk because that one is my favorite flavor. I'm still thankful that they still sale the same product only in a different flavor (Vanilla Creme) but I really wish they would bring back the 100 calorie chocolate flavor muscle milk. Overall its a great protein powder if your trying to get lean or maintain being fit and lean and still keeping all your muscle. I have 2-3 scoops of this stuff a day my wife also loves this as well. As this product is a good source of protein, very low in calories, minimal fat and a little bit of added vitamins and minerals. It has Whey protein Isolate and Milk protein Isolate in it. I usely mix this stuff in my oatmeal or cereal and sometimes pancakes. I also sometimes throw a couple servings of this in the blender and make myself a delicious, healthy protein shake. With the Vanilla Creme flavor I usely add strawberries and a cup and half of almond milk or a handful of almonds instead of the strawberries for healthy fats. It taste incredible. I look pretty good and feel good as well consuming this on a daily basis as I'm a vegetarian so this stuff is a big source of my protein, along with nuts, seeds, and greek yogurt or low fat cottage cheese. Please don't discontinue this 100 calorie lowfat muscle milk product. By the way if your like me and you miss their old chocolate flavor you can add a tsp of unsweetened cocoa powder per serving of this muscle milk and I find out it taste like chocolate vanilla. Its amazing! If you found this review helpful please click the helpful icon below. Thanks.

Muscle Milk Whey Protein Too bad ZERO STARS not a review option. I've been buying and consuming a product with the same name for years -- most recent order was a "buy it again" -- HOWEVER, the product received this time has significantly different ingredients list and nutritional content than product bought many, many, many times before (also, this most recent shipment DIFFERS FROM WHAT IS SHOWN ON WEB PAGE for ingredients and nutritional content). Web page for product STILL SHOWS PRIOR PRODUCT INFO even today, a week or so after this "new," bogus product was received. NOT ONLY is nutritional info and ingredients list different (and not as good, IMHO) but THE TEXTURE HAS CHANGED AS WELL. Making a shake or smoothie with this "new," bogus product results in an undrinkable, nauseating concoction with a gritty texture AND the consistency of glue (prior, "real" product rinsed out of my blender cleanly and easily with just warm water -- versus, the "new," bogus product that literally glued itself to the inside of my blender so tenaciously that I needed dishwashing detergent and a scrubbing pad to remove it). Would YOU want to ingest something like that? HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE. Obviously, I am returning this product, and I will NEVER buy or use this product again -- in fact, I'll avoid any other products I used to buy from this same manufacturer. Now I have to start researching and taste-testing all OTHER protein powder products all over again. AAARRRGGG!!! -- Oh, and BTW, Amazon should be ashamed of itself for passing off a changed, different product just because the manufacturer slapped the same name on it as before.
