TGS Nutrition whey protein powder Delighted with this ProductAs a newcomer to whey powder, I'd only experienced the overly (artificially ?) flavored and overly sweetened products sold by grocery stores and even know whether or not an unflavored product was available. After researching what is available on Amazon, I decided on this one. My expectation was that the natural flavor, i.e., the unflavored product, would have such a horrible taste that it required those overdone flavorings to cover it up, an idea reinforced by the very few people who did say that it tastes "awful." However, i decided to take a chance on the majority who said it was tasteless, or nearly so,When it arrived, the first thing I did was to taste a pinch right out of the bag, and, to my amazement, it really is essentially tasteless, so I can't understand those reviewers who expressed extreme revulsion at its taste.I also expected it to clump/lump when dumped into a smoothie. That didn't happen either; i couldn't tell that it was in my smoothie, and although I haven't tried it, I suspect you could just dump it into a glass of cold water, stir vigorously or shake, and drink it down with almost no taste...and the bit of taste that is there would be rather nutty and not in the least unpalatable.Truthfully, I can't offer any negative criticism at all for this product.

Best TGS Nutrition Sport Nutrition I purchased this product because, as others pointed out, it didn't have a lot of added ingredients that I didn't want and it seemed very pure and wholesome. However, one reviewer referred to it as "tasteless", which is certainly not the case. It has a taste, as others pointed out, and it's not necessarily a yummy taste at that. So, I do add fresh berries and a bit of peanut butter powder to it, along with some almond milk and a little Stevia. That combination makes up a refreshing drink in my blender. But if you want to simply add it to almond milk or any liquid, it does seem to mix in easily just by stirring. You don't have to use a blender. I used the blender because of the berries.

TGS Nutrition Whey Protein I've had bad past experiences trying various protein supplements and was afraid to spend more money on yet another brand but a friend recommended TGS so I gave it a shot. Best. Decision. Ever.First, I'll say that I've a very active person. I'm not someone who drinks protein shakes multiple times a day or even every single day. I use protein powder as it was intended to be used - as a supplement. I drink it when it's convenient or when I know I won't meet my desired daily protein intake. I felt that was worth mentioning. Now, my negative experiences were mostly due to side effects like bloating, stomach aches and gas. I couldn't understand why this was happening when I've always had an iron gut. After weeks of self education I narrowed the problem down to 3 possibilities 1) I have an issue with dairy (not likely) 2) I have an issue with soy (not likely) 3) I have an issue with some artificial or bs ingredient. I started off by trying pea & rice protein and to my surprise, no side effects. Great, right? Not so much, although I was happy I wasn't fumigating every room I walked in, those powders tasted and smelled gross! I tried both products individually and it still felt like I was drinking sand. At this point I didn't prove I had a an issue with protein from dairy but I was tired of spending money on new products so I put my search on hold.A few weeks ago I was complaining to a friend about chugging sand that morning and he recommended TGS. I checked them out, liked the short ingredient list, liked that it was unflavored, and they seemed legit so I tried it. Finally! No more side effects and no more bad taste! Also, I like that it doesn't come in a giant tub that takes up all my self space. Most of all, I like that it's unflavored. I'm picky with my flavors.I drink mine in a shake. Here's my favorite homemade flavor: A generous teaspoon of cacao powder, 1 banana, 8-12 oz of almond milk, a hand full of ice, and a course a scoop of protein.I can drink those chocolate banana shakes all day! Thanks! Love it! I highly recommend it!
